Molecular Portrait of Integrin Beta-6 (IB6): Characterization of IB6 Expression and Co- Mutation Patterns From the U.S. Real-world Data Study

This is the first real-world study to explore the association between IB6 expression detected by IHC and RNA sequencing and the co-occurrence of IB6-high status and key NSCLC biomarkers. Results demonstrated a significant association between IB6 expression detected by IHC and RNA sequencing. This study begins to characterize IB6-high vs -low expressors using a novel IHC assay and associated cutoff in patients with mNSCLC to inform future developments of IB6-directed therapies.Add to calendar
