Hub Online Ordering

Tempus Hub is our online platform, available on desktop or mobile, that makes it easy to order tests, view results, and access personalized treatment insights.

EHR Ordering & Results

With Tempus’ EHR integration, you can place orders and access results directly in your health care system’s EHR, like Epic, OncoEMR® and others.

 

To learn if your account is integrated with Tempus or to initiate the integration process, complete this form.

Steps to ordering

  1. Submit an order through Tempus Hub, via your EHR, or through a paper requisition form, including all required clinical and billing documentation.

  2. Use the appropriate Tempus collection kit to collect the specimen, ensuring all required documents are included. Learn more in our Clinic Guide for Tempus Collection Kits.

  3. (Optional) Inform your patient about the Tempus Financial Assistance Program and share how they can apply.

  4. Monitor your order status anytime through Tempus Hub or email support@tempus.com for updates.

  5. Results are delivered automatically when ordered through Tempus Hub or your EHR.

    If you used a paper requisition form, you’ll receive an email notification or fax once the results are ready (depending on your communication preferences).

Financial assistance

We help provide access to our tests for all patients in financial need

 

Approval of the financial assistance application is based on your household income and takes into account all life circumstances. Once a financial assistance application is submitted either online or over the phone, you will receive a decision at the time of submission.

  • If approved, you will know immediately about the maximum out of pocket cost of your testing.

  • Please contact billing@tempus.com if you are concerned about out-of-pocket costs and would like to discuss your options.

All U.S.-based patients are eligible to apply for financial assistance regardless of insurance status. For international patients, we offer a self-pay option. If you have any questions, please email patients@tempus.com. Authorization for Medical Records: Through access.tempus.com, applicants are directed to our Notice and Authorization for Medical Records authorization form. This optional form allows us to request outcomes and other medical records from your health care providers. Please see the form for more information.
