Does my patient need a smartphone to access Tempus PRO™?

No. Patients can access Tempus PRO™ through a web portal. Patients with iPhones may download the Tempus PRO™ app from the Apple App Store.

Is there an extra cost to use Tempus PRO™?

No. Tempus PRO™ is included as a part of the Tempus personalized medicine platform and can be added to every Tempus nP PGx order. Patients may complete unlimited Tempus PRO™ assessments.

How do I know which assessment to add for my patient?

Medically standard assessments like PHQ-9 and GAD-7 are automatically suggested when you enroll your patient. If you want to learn more about available assessments, you can set up time with the Tempus Medical Affairs team.

Can I change the frequency of when my patient completes assessments?

The frequency for assessments can be customized and changed throughout your patient’s treatment. View “Patient Settings” in your Tempus Hub to modify assessments.

Do I have to enroll my patient in Tempus PRO™ in order to use Tempus pharmacogenomic (PGx) testing?

You do not need to use Tempus PRO™ along with Tempus pharmacogenomic testing. However, symptom severity does decrease following pharmacogenomic testing combined with Tempus PRO™.1

How is data from Tempus PRO™ used?

Your patient’s identifiable health information collected through Tempus PRO™ is protected in accordance with HIPAA requirements and kept confidential. De-identified data from Tempus PRO is used to improve the way mental health is diagnosed and treated. De-identified data may be used in research and in the development of new drugs, therapies, and analytical tools. Tempus’ notice of privacy practices is available here.
