Melisa Tucker is the Chief Data Officer at Tempus AI, where she leads initiatives leveraging multimodal data to advance patient care, research, and AI.

She brings deep expertise in health data and AI, having led Real-World Evidence products at Flatiron Health, an oncology data company acquired by Roche. She also oversaw research products at Verily Life Sciences (an Alphabet company) and served as Chief Product Officer at Nym Health, which uses AI to automate medical coding.

Earlier in her career, Melisa was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and worked in early-stage venture capital.

She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an A.B. in Chemistry from Princeton University.
