Matches are presented to sites prioritized by criteria such as whether the patient has a clinic visit this week, is at a decision point in their treatment journey, or is in the process of consenting to a trial.

Watchlists are used to monitor patients who are stable on current treatment, but may be eligible for trial in the future. Should the patient progress, the watchlist allows the patient’s doctor to discuss the trial before the patient becomes ineligible due to starting a new line of therapy.
